Nap Anyone? “11 Easy Ways to Be Healthier at Work via inc.com”

Lack of sleep is disastrous to your health and numerous studies show that people are more productive at work after taking a quick nap. Even so, napping is still discouraged at most workplaces, which gives you two choices: 1) be so valuable to the success of the firm that nobody would dare to complain, or 2) drive to an empty parking lot somewhere and nap in the front seat.
